Cancellation Policy
Registration & Payment Full payment is due at registration to secure your child’s spot. Space is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellation & Refunds No refunds for missed classes or late cancellations. $75 fee for cancellations made before the first rehearsal. After the 1st rehearsal: partial refund (fee minus $115). After the 2nd rehearsal: credit only. Liability & Allergy Notice We do our best to provide a safe environment, but theater activities involve movement and physical participation. By registering, you acknowledge these risks and release Bandshell Musical, its staff, and facilities from liability. Please inform us of any allergies or medical needs. Snacks may be eaten during class. Parents are responsible for notifying us of allergies and providing safe snacks if needed. Bandshell Musical is not responsible for allergic reactions.
