Cancellation Policy

Bandshell Musical Policies Registration & Tuition A deposit is required to audition and/or secure placement in any class or production. Full payment is due prior to the first class or rehearsal. Enrollment is first-come, first-served. Deposits are nonrefundable: $100 for classes $150 for productions Cancellation Policy Cancellation requests for classes must be submitted by the day following the second class. Cancellation requests for productions must be submitted by the day following the first rehearsal. After these deadlines, no refunds will be issued. Any remaining balance will be issued as a credit for future use. Attendance No make-ups are offered for missed classes. Tuition is based on enrollment, not attendance. Schedule & Calendar We follow the Port Washington Union Free School District calendar for holidays and closures. Schedule changes may occur as needed. Production Commitment Policy (IMPORTANT) Productions are a team experience, and every participant plays an important role. Students are expected to participate in an audition (in person or via video submission). Families must communicate any known conflicts in advance, including early departures, late arrivals, or scheduling conflicts that may affect rehearsals. Students are expected to attend rehearsals consistently and come prepared and focused. As performances approach, attendance becomes increasingly important. Excessive absences or ongoing conflicts may impact participation in scenes, numbers, or overall casting. Bandshell Musical reserves the right to adjust roles or participation based on attendance and commitment. Health & Safety Families must disclose any allergies or medical needs at registration. Occasional treats may be provided but are not guaranteed. Families are responsible for their child’s dietary needs. Students must bring a water bottle and wear appropriate footwear and attire. Personal Property Bandshell Musical is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items. Please label all belongings. Communication Updates, schedules, and performance details will be shared via email and/or your registration account. Families are responsible for staying informed.
